You must be at least 18 years old to order from IONA-Naturhandelsbolag.

Prices
All prices are in EURO and include 25% Swedish VAT. plus freight costs. We hold the right for pricechanges.

freight charges
Fixed freight costs are €6.40 for all orders under €55.55.
All orders over €55.55 are carriage paid.

terms of payment
Payment is made via PayPal or Klarna.
claim
If the goods are faulty or damaged, you have 14 days from the order date to return the goods. Products should be returned unopened. Please enclose the delivery note or the invoice. Please report damaged packages directly to the delivery company.

right of return
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days. The return costs are then at your expense. We will only reimburse you if we receive the products back undamaged and unused. We will not reimburse delivery costs.
duration of delivery
We keep delivery times as short as possible. Usually our delivery comes between 3 and 14 days after the order. This delivery time applies to all products that we have in stock. Products that we need to manufacture or order require a longer delivery time. In this case, we will inform you by e-mail about the expected delivery date without obligation.

If the package is not accepted or collected.
In this case the package will be returned to us. In this case, we reserve the right to charge you for handling and freight costs.
For this we charge at least € 25 per unaccepted package.
OBS! We assume no liability for products that you make yourself from our products. We can only give tips and recommendations for further processing. You are always welcome to contact us with questions about the ingredients.
In order for us to be able to send you the delivery, we have to forward specific personal data to the freight company. These are first names, last names and address details for delivery. E-mail address and/or telephone number for the delivery notification can also be passed on.
