Complaint
If the goods are defective or damaged, you have 14 days from the date of order to return the goods. The products should be returned unopened. Please enclose the delivery bill or the invoice. Please claim damaged packages directly to the delivery company.
Right of return
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. The return costs are then at your expense. We will only refund the costs if we receive the products back undamaged and unused. We do not refund delivery costs.
Duration of delivery
We keep delivery times as short as possible. Normally our delivery comes between 3 and 14 days after the order. This delivery time applies to all products that we have in stock. Products that we have to manufacture or order require a longer delivery time. In this case we will inform you by mail about the expected delivery date without obligation.
If the package is not accepted or picked up
In this case the package will be returned to us. In this case we reserve the right to charge you with the costs for handling and freight. For this we charge at least € 25,- per not accepted package.
