To order from IONA-Naturhandelsbolag you must be at least 18 years old.

Prices
All prices are in EURO and include 25% Swedish VAT. plus freight costs. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Freight costs
Fixed freight costs are € 6,40 for all orders under 55,00 €.
All orders over € 55,00 are freight free.

Terms of payment
Payment is made via Paypal or Klarna.

Complaint
If the goods are defective or damaged, you have 14 days from the date of order to return the goods. The products should be returned unopened. Please enclose the delivery bill or the invoice. Please claim damaged packages directly to the delivery company.

Retourenrecht
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days. The return costs are then at your expense. We will only refund the costs if we receive the products back undamaged and unused. We do not refund delivery costs.

Delivery duration
We keep the delivery time as short as possible. Normally our delivery comes between 3 and 14 days after the order. This delivery time is for all products we have in stock. Products that we have to manufacture or order require a longer delivery time. In this case we will inform you by mail about the expected delivery date without obligation.

If the package is not accepted or picked up
In this case the package will be returned to us. In this case we reserve the right to charge you with the costs for handling and freight.
For this we charge at least € 25,- per not accepted package.
OBS! We do not assume any liability for products that you make yourself from our products. We can only give tips and recommendations for further processing. You can always contact us with questions about the ingredients.
In order for us to be able to send you the delivery, we have to forward specific personal data to the freight company. This is first name, last name and address information for the delivery. Email address and/or phone number for the delivery notification can also be passed on.
