If the goods are faulty or damaged, you have 14 days from the order date to return the goods. Products should be returned unopened. Please include the delivery note or invoice. Please complain about damaged packages directly to the delivery company.
Return policy
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days. The return shipping costs will then be borne by you. We will only refund you the costs if we receive the products back to us undamaged and unused. We do not pay back delivery costs.
Duration of delivery
We keep delivery times as short as possible. Normally our delivery arrives between 3 and 14 days after ordering. This delivery time applies to all products that we have in stock. Products that we have to manufacture or order require a longer delivery time. In this case, we will inform you by email about the expected delivery date without obligation.
If the package is not accepted or picked up.
In this case the package will be returned to us. In this case, we reserve the right to charge you the costs for handling and freight. We charge at least €25 for each package that is not accepted.
